Katie and Deanna have known each other for years. Never considered a health nut, Katie was a quick convert to believing in the powers of a healthy diet once experiencing first hand the vast difference that eating well had on her life. The increase in energy was enough to propel Katie into her first marathon with Deanna, as well as jump with both feet into the fast pace of Licious Living development. Go Katie!
