Nutritional Consultant

Heather Wilgar, a Toronto native, co-founded DietDelivery Canada Inc. in 2002. As a former competitive figure skater, diet and nutrition was always on the forefront, so turning her passion for nutrition into a career was a natural progression. Heather is also able to brag about her Registered Nutritional Consultant/Practitioner Designation from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.
